You would need to score minim 30% marks in very subject to pass in Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, AHSEC.
Yes, grace is offered which is of maximum 8 marks for the subjects, you are failing. However, do not rely on grace marks as it will restrict your future job areas. Work hard and try to score minimum 60% marks aggregate in 10th and 12th standard. |

1. As per Assam HS Syllabus 2023, all the students have to appear in total 5 subjects: 4 compulsory and 1 elective subject,
2. however it is mandatory to secure Assam HS passing marks in elective subject as well along with the main subject.
