I have completed my 12th in 2012. Now I want to give biology paper for 12th class. So what I have to do? 12th Biology test for non medical students

You can reappear for 12th Biology subject only if you have failed in that subject. You can qualify that subject by appearing for supplementary examinations. If you have already qualified Biology paper in your 12th standard examinations, then, you cannot appear for the same examination once again. So, we can say that you can reappear for examination only if you have failed in that subject otherwise, you are not eligible to reappear for that examination.

Now, It is not possible for you, to appear for biology exam. That's because candidates who are from BIPC group and who have failed in the biology exam are only eligible to reappear for that exam. But, You said that you are not a BIPC student. So, you cannot appear for the biology exam now.

I have taken PCMC in my 11th and 12th class.Is it possible to take up environmental engineering
or biotechnology after 12th?

Now, you can't reappear for any paper .
Any student can fill Improvement form only to the next year he/she appeared for that examination.
After that he/she will not be eligible for improvement examination.
