my goal is to be a fashion designer so I'm confuse
with commerce stream i can do design??
and without maths ??

Yes, you can do fashion designing course, there is no harm in it if you are from Commerce background.

But for admission in Fashion designing course you will first have to clear the entrance exam of NIFT to join in any fashion Industry.
