Possibility to choose Biology as an optional subject for RBSE 12th Science?

Hello, I haven't take any optional subject in my 11th standard. I am a Science student of RBSE Board and studying with PCM stream. Now, in 12th standard I want to choose Biology as an optional subject. So, is it possible or not?
