Hello Sir,
I got failed in 12th Science of Maharashtra State Board.
Now I want to join Open School for 12th Science.
So please tell me the process for admission and
also the institutes of Open School in Mumbai.

To get 12th standard admission in Open school, first you have to collect following documents from the school, where you have completed your 11th standard.
1)11th standard pass certificate
2)Transfer certificate
3)Bonafide
After collecting these documents, you have to visit any regional NIOS school and you should apply for admission by submitting above specified documents.

You can completed your 12th class through NIOS ( National institute of Open Schooling ).

To get admission in NIOS you can register yourself online as well as offline.

Candidate may visit nearest Accredited Institution (AI) (study centre) / Facilitation Centre and get help for On-line registration.

To apply online and for more details please visit : http://online.nios.ac.in/

You can submit your Fee in form of DD in the favour of Secretary NIOS payable at Concerned Regional Centre or through Online Payment.

Eligibility Criteria for admission in 12th class in OPEN school :

Candidate must have passed 10th class from any recognised Board.
Age of candidate must be 14 and above. There is no upper limit of age.

Since, you are failed in your State Board. So, you can go for the open School with the following documents along with you:

1. School leaving Certificate.
2. Transfer certificate.
3. character certificate.
4. Mark sheet Statement.
5. NOC from the School Authority.

These will help you in Getting Admission to the Open School.
