Procedure to get a domicile of Chandigarh to study further in Chandigarh for a 10th student of Kochi?

Hi everyone, my son was born in Chandigarh but did his schooling from Kochi. He is now in 10th standard. He wants to pursue his higher studies from Chandigarh. I belong to Chandigarh as well and did my schooling and higher studies over there. I would like to know if my son can get the domicile of Chandigarh and what is the procedure to get the domicile certificate?
