Procedure to get a domicile and study further in Kerala for a 10th student of UAE?

My son is born in Trivandrum but did his schooling from UAE. He is now in 10th standard now. He wants to pursue his higher studies from Kerala and wants to give his Medical entrance exams from Kerala as well. My wife is born in Trivandrum and done her schooling and higher studies from Trivandrum as well. I would like to know if my son get the domicile of Kerala and what is the procedure to get the domicile certificate?

To get domicile certificate of Kerala you have to be a resident of Kerala
Secondly you have to give a residential proof that you are staying in the state for at least 10 years
As your son studying from UAE and he is in his 10th standard it is difficult for him how to get a domicile certificate
He can study on the basis of foreign student
So you have to to enquire from the the embassy how to get admission to study in Kerala
