Should a candidate starts JEE Main preparation after completing 10th?
Sir, I am studying in 10th standard and I will give the Board exam next year. My aim is to study BTech and become an Engineer. I know that I have to give JEE Main. So, after completing 10th, I should start preparation for JEE Main?

Normally, students start preparing from class 11th onwards but you can do whatever you feel right. Just make sure such preparations don't affect your schools studies because class 10th marks are equally important to get admission at a good school.
Hence, take decision based on your career goal and also ensure that your board exams preparation is not affected. Once you pass class 10th with excellent marks you can easily get admission at the best schools. |

I would personally suggest you to primarily focus on your 12th board examination first and then opt for your JEE(mains) preparation.
During preparing for your 12th boards, you will be mostly prepared for your JEE(Mains) examination. After that you can put all your effort in your JEE(Mains). |
