Hi friends, I am weak in English though I am studying in 11th standard right now from RBSE Board. I came to know that if my English is poor then I will face lots of difficulties while getting jobs. Kindly tell me if it is true?

No, It is not a problem if you are weak in soft skills.
Soft skills can be improved with some online courses or on your own.

••• Let me tell you that there is no difficulty to get job if you are not good at English. Fluency in English does matter in some companies such as MNC companies or foreign companies etc.

••• Even in interviews you are not compelled to speak or respond in English only because Hindi is our native language and we can make use of it anywhere.

I beleive yes, in the present senario most of the govt exam ask questions on general English.

If you want to get jobs in MNC's you want to know basic proficiency in english even thought not in expert level.
There is no rule that a average english speaker will get or not get job,it is based on your education and skills.
