Is there any problem in NEET-UG for a candidate who don't want to appear for an upcoming 12th Board exam?

Sir, I have completed my 11th PCB from Nagaland Board. I am in 12th this year and I am worried about my Board exams as pandemic is going on. I am also suffering from accidental wound and I don't think I will appear the upcoming Board exam. If I am unable to appear the 12th Board exam next year then will it create trouble for me in NEET-UG? I am planning to drop a year for 12th Board exam.

To be eligible for NEET UG program , you must be pursuing or complete your HS with PCB combination either as regular or private student.

Due to your accidental wound if you are unable to go school regularly than you can complete your 12th class as a private student.

You can't drop 12th class if you want be eligible for NEET UG program.

No, if you will drop a year and do not appear for 12th board examination than there will be no issue and you can appear for the NEET UG in the year when you will be appearing for the board examination.

So, if you are not well and not comfortable in appearing for examination than of course you can take a break and do better preparation for the next year.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
