Are these books sufficient for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced?

I have the following books:
Chemistry 11th and 12th NCERT.
Physics H.C VERMA and 11th and 12th NCERT.
Maths 11th and 12th NCERT. and Tata mc-graw hill for IIT-JEE.

Also, should I solve the questions from NCERT or only from the help books .
Please tell me should I get previous year's papers also ?

No books will be sufficient unless you are thorough with the concepts and have done justice with the concerned book by reading it completely. Every book is good in some way and bad in other way. So it is always recommended to refer to two to three books to get a clear idea and enhanced knowledge about the concepts.

H.C verma is an excellent book for preparation of IIT-JEE. NCERT books are also equally good. But these are not enough to crack IIT exams. If you are good in the concepts of Physics you can solve the questions of IIT JEE by following the books you have. For Chemistry and Mathematics you need more books to follow. Arihant Series is an excellent combo for preparation of IIT-JEE. Along with that if you take material of coaching institute or few previous year's papers (not more than 5 years back as the syllabus and pattern was different then), it will add on to a good preparation for the IIT exam.
