May i know please, the competent authority who will have the powers to control the schools in which ICSE syllabus works

ICSE board works under the administration of "COUNCIL FOR THE INDIAN SCHOOL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATIONS". This council has been a representative of
->Government of India
->State Governments/Union Territories in which there are Schools affiliated to the Council ->The Inter-State Board for Anglo-Indian Education, the Association of Indian Universities ->The Association of Heads of Anglo-Indian Schools
->The Indian Public Schools Conference
->The Association of Schools for the ISC Examination and
->Members co-opted by the Executive Committee of the Council.

ICSE is an examination conducted by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination or CISCE for class 10. CISCE is a private, non governmental board of school education.
All the powers rest with CISCE regarding syllabus, and conducting examination. As for controlling schools are concerned, ICSE board schools are all private schools. Only their curriculum is controlled by the CISCE and not the entire functioning of the school.

Does the state government have any authority over icse schools?
