Dear sir, After submitting the application for lC ,school is not giving leaving certificate, reason school is giving silly reason like now Maharashtra govt have changed the form, school is awaiting for the arrival, what I felt is Arya Cambridge school in godbunder road, Thane w, lot of students left the school current year and applied for lC, due that reason principal is very angry and not issuing lc, the reason for leaving the school is we want to continue the studies with cbse. Now what should I do?

Here, I will suggest you to visit school campus and have a meeting with senior officials. Ask them about this delay and provide the necessary documents if they required. If this meeting doesn't work then complain against the school in your nearest CM Window portal.

In order to get your certificate, firstly you should request the school to issue it.
If they are not acting on your request, you can meet the principal of school personally and request the TC.
After requesting them for a while , you can issue a legal notice to school authorities for the issuance of TC or any certificate you want.
Firstly , you have to be kind, and if you don't get the result then you can take some action against them.

Your school cannot deny if you want to leave the school and asking for the leaving certificate from the principal, in this regard you can talk to your principal again and if she/he denies then you can file the complaint with the board of your school.
You can write an application to the board of your school and there you have to mention everything and send it to the the address of the school board.
You can also file the complaint through the email address if you find the email address online.
