how to apply for 2nd std. maths sciemce, english olympiads and also do tell me that when?

To apply for Olympiad you must contact the school officials in which your child is in, as it is their responsibility to distribute the forms for Olympiads among deserving candidates.

For any type of Olympiad, be it Maths, Science, English, Biology, Astronomy, etc whatever be the case, to sit for the examination you will have to get registered in it via your child's school and not individually.

Therefore contact your child's school officials and ask them for the application form if not yet provided by them.
