first of all....you need to complete ncert....each and every question will be from ncert itself...
next, you can take help and do practice from the following refreshers:

[a].science:s.chand
[b].social science: kundra and bawa, together with...
[c].maths:rd sharma/rl arora.
[d]english communicative,hindi:together with..

after this,go with the previous year papers so that you will have a good idea about the exam as the pattern remains the same....
best of luck!!

Dear friend you need not to go for any additional reference books at this stage, right now ncert is enough for you.First finish ncert books and then if you want some etra practice or knowlege then you can go for following books...
for,
1.Maths- a book by R.S.Agarwal
2.Science-S chand publication books.
3.Social studies- ncert is more than enough read it as many times as you
can.For practice refer some practice papers.
4.English-For literature use ncert books and for grammar refer a book written
by 'davin martyn' a S Chand publication book.
5.Hindi-For literature refer ncert and for vyakran refer a book by manak.

All the above books can easily be found from any book shop.

BEST OF LUCK..
