Is there written on 12th passed certificate that done from Open School? If I do 12th from Open School? Please let me know about this.

Yes, the name of the open school is mentioned on the certificate.

It is quite obvious that any academic certificate will have the name of the open schooling.

As if you have done your class 12 from any open school, then on the clearly it will be mentioned that the candidate has passed class 12 from open schooling.
