To apply for this course you have to be first eligible.

Eligibility criteria:

-->candidate must posses 12th passed from any recognized university.

-->If candidate in the 12th class he also eligible to appear for CS course.

-->Candidates from any stream like Science or Commerce or Arts are eligible to appear for this exam.

Company Secretary course consists Three stages.They are,

1)Foundation programme

2)Executive programme

3)Professional Programme

You have to clear all these courses and undergo practical training to become a qualified Company Secretary.
