The Institutes of Company Secretary of India imparts Company Secretary course only through distance mode. The course comprise of :
Foundation Program
Executive program
Professional program
Being a graduate you will get exemption from the foundation program and will be eligible to directly enroll for the executive program. The duration of the executive program is 9 months.In order to write the examination of professional program you will first of all need to complete Management training for a period of 15 months.
Therefore, being a graduate it will take around two years in order to complete the Company Secretary course.
The Fee structure of the course is as follows:
Executive program - Rs 7,000
Professional program - Rs 9,000
