Doing Research in DRDO through JRF or working in TCS, which is better for me?

I got an opportunity to do research in DRDO as a Junior Research Fellowship(JRF). I also have an Offer Letter from TCS. JRF is of 2 years with the stipend of Rs. 20,000 approx and TCS is offering me 3.18 lacs per annum.
So, what should I do? I am very confuse.

You must calculate if TCS is giving you 3.18 it means that you will be getting salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month but don't think that you will be getting 25,000/-. There will be many deduction like tax, professional tax, allowance and most important deduction will be of Provident fund.

SO, after all deduction you will be getting salary up-to 19 K or 20 K and not more than that.

Now coming to the post of JRF that is Junior Research Fellowship, here you will be getting 20 K directly into your hand.

Now you can decide what you have to opt.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
