My daughter is studying in a IGCSE school in Dubai. After completing her schooling in IGCSE, whether she will be able to Join for the university courses in India (For professional or graduation courses)

Yes you can go for any course in India only you have a separate quota for the student who are coming from abroad that is you have to apply in foreign or international quota. After that if you need to pursue any graduation or professional course all you need to is you have to sit for different types of entrance examination like state level exam, all India level exam, SET exam etc which is conducted by different university and after that when you qualify in the examination than you are able to go for further process of university admission. So you don't have to worry.
