You have to make a Internship Application from your college regarding the ECIL for the Internship Program. Now you have to meet all the eligibility Criteria of the ECIL, and have to present the NOC of your college to them. Also, for more details you can go the ECIL website. Since, then also you did not find any answer then you can go to the ECIL manually and inquire all the things about it.
