Yes, you can apply for Inspire Scholarship with the percentage which you have got in your 12th standard. However, your eligibility depends on other conditions as well. The detailed eligibility criteria of Inspire Scholarship is attached below for your kind reference.

The minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for INSPIRE scholarship is that the candidate must be one among the top 1% in class 12 examination in the respective board of examination or the candidate must have secured a rank below 10000 rank in JEE mains or advanced.

If you meet the above criteria then you are eligible to apply for INSPIRE scholarship.
