Can I avail reservation of Maharashtra State if I am born here?
I am a Domicile resident of Maharashtra (Born in Maharashtra in 1985), but I have a caste reservation Certificate from the Govt of Maharashtra, classifying me as belonging to OBC category in State of Karnataka.
Can i avail of Reservation Of Maharashtra State (Since i am born here)? I need this information since i'll have to buy the correct ie. open/reserved category form of Maharashtra MBA CET. Thanks |

you are wishing to give MBA CET......
if you are born in Maharashtra then you are eligible for open category for CET.... to get benifits about your category you should have caste certificate of Maharashtra state..you can make it easily in tahsildar karyalaya... yes since you have the domecile of Maharastra..means you have been authorized by Maharastra that you are permanent reside of maharstra.and you are eligible for MBA CET...

i am residing in maharashtra since 2009 and will pass 10th class from kendriya vidyalya in 2013 from maharashtra. if i continue my study in kv and pass intermediate from kv in maharashtra state then can i am eligible to avail 85%state quota of maharashtra gov. to take admission in medical categry pse suggest me thanks

I am a Domicile resident of Maharashtra (Born in Maharashtra in 1966), and for last 50 yrs my parents are staying in maharashtra, but I have a caste reservation Certificate from the Govt of Maharashtra, classifying me as belonging to sc category (RAMDASIA) in State of Punjab.
Can i avail of Reservation Of Maharashtra State (Since i am born here)? Thanks

Hi, I have obc caste certificate of Karnataka state but last 20 year my patents staying in Maharashtra also My education complete in Maharashtra. Can i use Karnataka caste certificate in Maharashtra to get benefit thanks

My family shift in pune.. my cast obc nd all graduation complit in maharastra
When I want govrment job in maharastra but my cast certificate in other state And my family living in maharastra stay about 25 years Can cast certificate valid in maharastra?
