MAT exam schedule already announced .I have listed details about MAT exam of 2012.The eligibility criteria is given below.

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT 2012 is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .

Final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc.)can also apply.

There is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation which is different for different management institutes and universities.

MAT EXAM DATE:

FORM AVAILABILITY----Third week of October-2011 to Second November-2011
LAST DATE-----Second week of November-201
EXAM DATE----19th December 2011 Last held on Sunday, 5-Dec-2010, 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Information About MAT Examination :

MAT : Management Aptitude test.

This examination is Conducted by AIMA (All Indian Management Association), 4 times in a year in February, May, September and December.

For this Year all the MAT Examination was Completed Except December Examination, The December MAT Examination will be Held on 04/Dec/2011 and 10/Dec/2011.

And the Last date of apply for MAT Examination Online or Offline was already Over, So If you have missed the MAT Examination this Year, then please wait for the Next year Feb MAT Examination, Soon the Notification will be Published in MAT Official website.

You can choose any one of the two options to take the test:

>> Paper Based Test Or Computer Based Test

To apply for MAT Examination, You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for MAT Examination.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is an entrance exam conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to the post graduate management courses.

Management Aptitude Test is an objective test with 200 multiple choice questions to be completed in 150 minutes or two and a half hours.

MAT is usually conducted 4 times in a year in February, May, September and December.

MAT December 2011 Important Dates / Notification:-

Apply Online (upto 12 November 2011 )

MAT December 2011 Paper Based Test:- 04 December 2011 (Sunday), 10.00am-12.30pm

MAT December 2011 Computer Based Test:- 10 December 2011 (Saturday) onwards.


Eligibility:-
1:you should have Graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

2:Final year students of Graduation can also apply.

There are two ways of giving test:
1:Paper Based and

2:Computer Based
Exam Papers:

Paper 1: Language Comprehension

Paper 2 : Mathematical Skills

Paper 3: Data Analysis and Sufficiency

MAT examination is done for admission in the MBA college .MAT exam is done by AIMA four times in a year.There are many good colleges which accept MAT score card to give admission to students .You can opt for any type of exam :

Eligibility for the exam ::

You must have passed your bachelor degree in any streams and there i no percentage bar for the exam.

There is no age limit for the exam and number of times you can appear for the exam.

You can take computer based exam from any where in different Time slots at specific test venues.

Procedure to apply for the exam ::

You can get the MAT Bulletin Sep 2011 / CD against cash payment of 1200/- from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centres of AIMA ( OR ) against cash payment of 1050/- from AIMA New Delhi.

You can also get the application form through the crossed Demand Draft (DD) of 1050/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank.

MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test. AIMA conducts this examination for four times every year in the months of February, May, September and December. It is a national level entrance test and with the MAT score you can get the chance of studying in the top colleges which accepts MAT scores.

There is both online and offline test. You can choose whichever you want to. The exam is basically an objective one. MAT exam is not only conducted in India but also in Dubai and Singapore.

The registration process of this year's September's exam is already over and the exam is supposed to take place in on 1st September. The online test will take place on 7th September onwards.

The eligibility criteria of the exam is a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Only pass marks is required at grad level to give this examination. Final year students can also apply for this exam.

It should be remembered that although this is what the criteria needed to give MAT exam but the college where you are going to apply with this score may have their own demands which you need to fulfill as well.

For the MAT exam concentrate on the following areas:-

1. Verbal Ability
2. Quantitative Aptitude
3. Data Interpretation and Data sufficiency
4. Reasoning Ability
5. General Awareness

If you wish to apply for this year's December's examination then let me tell you you that the exam is going to take place on 1st of December. The notifications for that exam has not been released as yet. So keep an eye on the official website for the latest news.
