Nothing to do, just contact to the JMET concerned department.

And update him that, your JMCET application number was forgot.

And request him that, to give you the application number. So, please contact to the concerned deartment soon, they will definately help you in this regards.

Forgot my JMET application number. What to do?

Since you have lost your Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET)
examination application number, the only way from where you may
get your application number is to contact at the respective institutes
of JMET examination.

You may contact at the below address to know your application
number.
