How to Prepare a child to be able to get an MBBS seat in KCET with Kannada mother tongue?


i am native of ap barader district of karnataka, Yemmiganur, near Mantralaya. our mother tongue is kannada. 70 % of our town people speak in kannada. Our religious people are belong to karnataka. Our relatives all are in karnataka. how to get my children mbbs seat in kcet with kannada mother tongue.
