According to me the diploma course is not done by the distance learning program. By distance learning only the post graduate courses and common graduation courses offered by the University.

There are some colleges which offers you to do PG course from distance learning program:

I have done B.E.(E&TC)(57%) ,LL.B.(55%),LL.M.(55%)from Mumbai University in full time mode.During my LL.B. I have done M.H.R.M. (60.60%)from Pondicherry University(Central University)in distance mode which is recognised by Distance Education Council(DEC).I have also done my M.Phil.(Management) (55%)from Algappa University.Currenly I am pursuing Ph.D.(Management) from Dravidian University.

My Queries are :

1. Am I eligible for Teaching MBA students where course is Approved by AICTE.
2. Can I get exemption of UGC-AICTE-DEC committee as it is form in 2009 & I have completed my MHRM in 2006.
3. Can MHRM( Master of Human Resource Management) will be treated as relevant discipline / allied MBA in mangement.
4. If as per gazette published by govt of India in 1995 distance mode is approved for central & state job,is universities are above central or state government.
5. Do the dept./ directorate of distnce education requires AICTE approval.
