how to qualify new pattern of CSAT exam.?

Please give me some tips

Yes Its True That, In new Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT), the preliminary exam will be replaced by a General Studies paper and there is no Optional Paper, From 2011, new civil services exam pattern will be CSAT, main exam and interview.

So, If you really Want To prepare For this Examination, then i Will Suggest You To choose scoring subjects And the subject you choose should be one that has various books, reading material and guidance you can use while preparing for the exam.

So, please Remember this things And please Prepare According to the Syllabus And Keep Practice for Previous year Papers, This will Helps You lot, while You are Going to Appear the CSAT Exams.

Civil Services Main Exam 2011 -

Exam Date - 29/10/2011.

As i know as the pattern of CSAT exam is changed so in my opinion prepare according to the syllabus and first choose the scoring subject and prepare for that from various books.

To qualify the net pattern of CSAT exam

In stead of PT Union public service commission will take
Civil service Aptitude Test (CSAT).

This exam will be of 2 papers.
and both paper have objective question papers and having same marks


Earlier the candidate had a choice to choice one subject for PT.

The pattern of the main and interview will be remain as of now.

As i am giving some question pattern which will be asked in your CSAT exam

1) current affair from national and international Evants

2) Logical Reasoning and Decision Making Solution

3)Elementary

4)Mathematics

5)quantitative ability

6) Date interpretation from graphic and chart

The new pattern is good for science student because they hate question from history and political science etc.

I'am doing Bsc(agri) 2'nd year i'm avg student. I have not started to study yet,so how should i proceed to clear CSAT-2014

I am doing B.Sc in 2008 can i do m.sc at present time

CSAT stands for Civil Services Aptitude Test. It is being conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) and hence it is also known as UPSC CSAT. Starting from 2011, CSAT will select candidates who can appear for Civil Services (Mains) Exam.

The candidates who can score well in the Civil Services (Mains) Exam and the subsequent Interview, will be appointed for the prestigious IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IPS (Indian Police Service), IFS (Indian Foreign Service), IRS (Indian Revenue Service) and numerous other services (Source: IAS Exams website).
you have to read new books and more books.
this will help you to crack the cast exam very easily.
