I have been declared medically fit for the AFCAT course commencig on july 2012..Now we are instructed by the medical board to wait for the merit list..Are there any chances of getting rejected in the merit list???Pls explain how this merit list of formed and how can the students are named in the merit list??

Does d marks of graduation also taken into consideration while makng d afcat merit list?

It may be possible that a candidate get recommended may not be get through the merit list. But mostly 90% candidates easily got through the merit list.

So don't worry wait for your merit list. Even if your name will not appear in the first merit list then later other merit list also come if more requirement is there. So don't there is high probability of yours that you will go for the Training.

I am recommended for afcat gdoc july 2015 course.. medically fit.. ncc c certificate airwing. . But afcat .marks are low.. cuttoff 123 my marks 125. Ssb was good recommended from gandhinagar. What are my chances of geting in merit.. are the vacancies reduced coz of rejoining of retird af officers..
