what is fee structure of iim mba 2012?...please tell me what is the fee structure

MBA stands for the Master's in Business Administration.

This course is the top course in the present world. And keeping in mind the level of competition this course has come under the basic education tag.


Now the Basic Eligibility Criteria to take up MBA is that


1. You should be a minimum graduate in any stream from a recognized college or university and must have cleared some good MBA entrance exam.

2. There is no age nor attempt limits


IIM - Indian Institute of Management are the top MBA schools in India and so the level of competition among the students is also HUGE !

For this you have to appear for the CAT - Common Admission Testentrance exam which you need to clear in order to get through any of the IIM's across the country.


No exact information is available about the fee structures in the IIMs.

If you want to take admission in IIM for the MBA course than first thing is that you have to appear in the COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT) Exams
This exam is conducted by IIM each year

Next CAT exams would be held in october 2013

Eligibilty to sit in the CAT exams is:
Graduation pass in any stream with minimum 50% marks for the candidates belonging to the General and OBC category
Minimum 45% marks for the SC/ST category

CAT exams notification would come in July 2013

So, you can start preparing for the CAT exams right now
To get a call from IIM, you need atleast 95 percentile marks in the CAT exams

Questions will be asked from the Below Sections in CAT Exams:
Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation;
Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning

Fee Structure For IIMs

To get into the IIMs..a candidate must clear the Common Admission Test(CAT) which is conducted every year once..

A candidate can appear for CAT if :-

>> candidate has secured a minimum of 50% in graduation from a recognized institute..

You must clear CAT with a minimum of 98 percentile to get a call from the IIMs if you are a fresher and 95 percentile if you have work experience..

The fee structure for 2011-2013 batch of various IIMs was as follows :-

>> IIM Ahmedabad :- Rs 14.4 lakhs

>> IIM Bangalore :- Rs 13 lakhs

>> IIM Kolkata :- Rs 13.5 lakhs
