Manipal University is among the top university In India.
I am sorry to say that after passing Manipal University Entrance exam you will not get admission because your rank is very less that is 25,000.

If you want you can take admission in any low ranking Engineering College.
If you want to take admission in top govt. college then you have to qualift the entrance exam wit good rank...
