There are lots of preparatory book which is easly available on any good book shop.however if you are having a pc in your home than no need to buy separate
book for separate entrance exam.
now a days "Medical entrance Examination Ebook CD" is easily available.and this is common for all the major medical entrance exam in india.

this is nominal and easy to prepare for all the entrance exam together.

My dear, Don't buy many books for preparation. Go with one or two books and clear your basics and practice more and more.
You may refer the following books for AIIMs:

Physics: First do NCERT physics for your basics and then refer H.C Verma for physics.

Chemistry: Do NCERT chemistry first then prefer P.Bhadur for Physical and Inorganic chemistry and OP Tondon for Organic Chemistry.


Biology: TMH biology is good then go with R.K pillai(GRB publication) for zoology and Botany both.

Note: Also do at-least previous 10 years question papers
