when wil they announce JTO nofication?i mean in which week of Feb?so that everyone will be alert at that time instead of asking every time?

The BSNL-JTO exam,2011 notifications are yet to publish. It is expected to be published right in this month of february.

So don't worry, we will inform you about the notification as soon as we can.
