MSc is a master degree course of the duration of two years.The basic eligibility criteria for the MSc course in microbiology is to have a bachelor degree in science stream from a recognised university with chemistry or related subjects as a major subject with good percentile.

Aa you are telling that you have completed your bachelor degree as BSc in microbiology so definitely you are eligible for the MSc in microbiology. There are many universities like Anamalai, Ignou, Manipal etc where you can pursue this course correspondingly.
