I got gre 273 and ilets 6 can i get admission in singapore or any country for ms which is my preferred course rather M.Tech.

Your GRE score is very low. It is better for you, if you can take GRE exam once again. Because, 273 is very low score. And every university will consider the candidates application based on the GRE and IELTS scores. So, it will better to get above 290 marks in GRE. So, that you will have more chances to get admission in any university in any country.
And your IELTS score is not bad, but it would be better if it is above 6.5. There will be many universities, which will accept admissions with 6 or 6.5 bands. But, the preference will be given to the students, who have 6.5 bands. If you are interested try to retake it or you can apply with your score of 6 bands.
