HI I have done B Tech ECE and I have about 3 years of exp in software field but my CGPA in India is 5.7 equivalent German GAPA is 2.85.

Do I stand a chance to get a University for Masters in Germany. I have got 7 IELTS score too.

Please help me, even if I have to apply for non Tech courses to get admission, it is fine for me as of now.

I am very much confused, even if someone has any idea about colleges where I can apply and get admission, that would be really helpful.
