Am I eligible to study MCA in Abroad being a Distance BCA student?

Hi,
I am doing my BCA 2nd year (under graduation) in distance education. Its a 3 years program. Now the question is can I able to get admission for MCA in Abroad? Will they accept my certificates of BCA, which I am doing in distance education?

After completion of BCA course in Distance education, you are not eligible MS course in Abroad.

Those candidates are completed graduation degree in regular basis are eligible for MS course. But you must have valid GRE and TOEFL exam.
