Re: Chances of getting Visa without IELTS and GRE scores?
Yes, you are completely right that some of the universities do not consider GRE scores or IELTS scores as the basis of their admission. But the visa interview panel will definitely ask for various documents in order to authorize your admission and make sure that you are fit for the trip and to pursue your study course. Since you are going to pursue MBA, so you must have given GMAT. So you need to take the certificates and the score sheets of the entrance exams and the admission in the concerned universities. Various universities which do not require GRE scores are as follows:-
1. University of Dayton - GRE is optional for all engineering programs http://gradadmission.udayton.edu/app...adm_scores.asp 2. Stevens Institute of Technology - Masters Programs http://www.stevens.edu/gradadmission...ams/index.html 3. New Mexico state University - MS Admisisons http://www.gradschool.nmsu.edu/GraduateDegrees.html 4. University of Nebraska-Lincoln http://engineering.unl.edu/academicu...uate-FAQ.shtml 5. University of Pittsburg - GRE score not required for Materials Science and Engineering http://www.engr.pitt.edu/admissions/graduate/gre.html 6. University of Northern Virginia in Manassas, VA http://www.unva.edu/admin_req2.htm 7. Purdue University West Lafayette, Indiana http://www.cs.purdue.edu/academic_pr...rements.sxhtml 8. MIT-massachusetts institute of technology - Electrical Engineering and computer science do not require GRE scores http://www.eecs.mit.edu/grad/faqs.html#1 9. California State University Sacramento - don't require GRE for Civil Engineering http://www.csus.edu/gradstudies/Faqa.htm#GRE_GMAT_MAT 10. University of Bridgeport, Connecticut - Master's of Science in Computer Science (M.S.), Computer Engineering (M.S.), Electrical Engineering (M.S.), Mechanical Engineering (M.S.), and Technology Management (M.S.) - GRE is recommended but not required http://www.bridgeport.edu/pages/3664.asp 11. Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma - OCU does not require the GRE or GMAT examinations for entrance into the graduate programs, except for the MBA and MSA programs, which require the GMAT http://www.okcu.edu/admissions/iso/questions.aspx |

Re: Chances of getting Visa without IELTS and GRE scores?
Hello dear, If you want to study in any foreign university being an Indian you will have to qualify the GRE or IELTS or TOEFL exam as it is the standard International examination which enables other countries’ students to study anywhere in the world. It is the main eligibility for studying in any international university.
So chances of getting visa without having these scores is even less or I can say no chances are there to get a study visa if you do not have a GRE or TOEFL or IELTS score. Else you can get VISA on the holiday grounds only where you can go there and talk to the university people and find some middle way out. By sitting here its not possible to get admission in an international university. You have to get these scores else for being eligible at least. Yes you have heard right that there are some universities which don't have the GRE requirement but then they will have other entrance exams which you must qualify to get admitted there. so i would suggest that better you take this exam this year then it will make the path easier for you to study in foreign universities. |

Re: Chances of getting Visa without IELTS and GRE scores?
There are some universities that offer admission without asking for IELTS or GRE. The only condition such universities have is that you have to furnish proof that you have completed your past studies in English medium. However, these universities are not as accredited as the ones who require IELTS or GRE for admission. Visa officials seek only the I20 from the university that you have been admitted to usually so the chances of getting a visa is not affected in such a manner. In my opinion, you should have an IELTS or TOEFL to be on the safer side. Plus you get a lot of other better options of universities too. Good luck.
