You said that you have completed only First Year Bachelor of Commerce (F.Y.B.Com.). So, now you are not eligible to continue your higher studies in Aboard. First you should complete your three year B.Com course, then you will become eligible for higher studies in Aboard. After completing B.com course, choose any course in which you want to continue your higher studies. Then apply for admission in the foreign universities, which are offering your selected course.

Admission Procedure:-
To apply for admission in Master's courses at foreign universities, first you have to complete GRE and IELTS exams. After completing these exams, you can apply for admission in foreign universities, by sending your application form along with your test scores. Then the universities will send you an admission letter(I20), if your academic profile satisfies university admission requirements.
