Does the Kuwait University provides Petrochemical Engineering course? How to study this course in Kuwait?

I am from India and living with my parents in Kuwait. I have completed 12th with Science stream from Kerala Board and now want to pursue Petrochemical Engineering course from Kuwait University, Kuwait. Does the university provides this course? How can I study this course in Kuwait?
