Both Harvard University and University of Oxford are among the topmost universities of the world. You can opt for either of them. They cannot be compared as such as both are considered excellent place of higher studies. If you get option in both, then you can decide on the basis of expense and your personal convenience regarding the place of stay.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
