I have a bachelors degree of dental surgery from india B.D.S,how can i go for masters in france

Is this course is in English language?

I have just completed bachelor of dental surgery in India and want to do MDS in France.. Which exams to give to get there and is there any language barrier there..do I need to learn French? And on what visa I need to go there!
