I study in 12th Science and want to do astronomy. But my percentage till now are 65. Will you help me to know, how many minimum % are required to study abroad ? Thank you !

There is no minimum percentage as such for higher studies especially for studies abroad. This is because the entrance exams do not have any such eligibility criteria. However, the higher percentage you have, the better is your career record and the stronger is your position during selection of students in the admission process of the foreign institutes. You can definitely pursue your studies abroad with a percentage of 65%. However, since there are huge number of applicants across the world, so you need to have a good extra curricular record and score well in the entrance exams based on which the foreign institutes take admission which is SAT and TOEFL/IELTS for graduation in most of the foreign institutes.

Most of the universities in foreign countries, offers admission to the candidates, who have at least 60 percentage in their academics. So, you can apply for almost 80% of the universities, if you have minimum 60% in your academics. But, a few top universities offers admission, only if the candidates above 70% throughout their education.

If you can pay a hefty fee, then you may get admission in many universities abroad.
Also, astronomy subject is not very popular at under graduate level in India. There are very few institutes at post graduate too.

But you have to apply for SAT and TOEFL/IELTS to be eligible to study in foreign institutes.

Since you have low percentage in 12th, chances of getting scholarship is low, but try to score good in SAT so that you can get some concession.
