I want to get a job in abroad in Indian Embassy. So tell me what qualifications is required to get the desired job?

For getting job in Indian Embassy especially in foreign country you need to have following degree as well as qualification with you.

You can get a degree in travel and tourism and then can apply for the post of Travel Counselor as these type of jobs don't require to clear the civil services exams.
