The candidates those are succeeded in the CAT test are shortlisted for the further processes to get admitted in Master in Business Administration course. Therefore the final list of the candidates is then given call for a personal interview along with a small group discussion. The final list will be made on the basis of the performance in this complete admission process.
Eligibility criteria:
A candidate must have passed a three yrs bachelor degree with Honors in any discipline or in professional course like Agriculture, Medicine, etc. or its equivalent from any recognized institute. Candidates who are appearing for their final exams of graduation can also take this test.
Availability of Application forms:
The forms will be present from institute counter and can also be obtained by post from IISWBM by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form. One can also download the form online from their official website and for that they just need to click Application Form.
Important Dates:
Availability of Application forms: 2nd week of September-01st week of October, 2010
Last Date for receipt of application form: last week of December, 2010
Group Discussion/Interview: third week of March, 2011
Selection process:
Candidates are first shortlisted and separated on the basis of their CAT scores for the acquirement of the different line ups. Then the final eligible applicants are called for a Personal Interview after which follows the Group Discussion. Based on their performance in both Personal Interview and Group Discussion, a final list of selected candidates is made.
