Job profile: The candidate would be required to perform hard core sales, door to door knocking and meeting the customers. He would be required manage the day to day activity of the direct sales team. The candidate must initiate new method of increasing direct sales and work with coordination of the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate (any stream). The candidate must have excellent communications skills in local as well as English language and should have excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in direct insurance sales.
