After doing mba from finance there is a chance of getting government jobs but is it possible to get a government job after doing mba from marketing.

THIS is a faq question,there is nothing like that,its worng.

you are eligible for any administrative post in gov.sector.

like,Indian civil services,indian forest service,public service commission,you are also eligible for directorate post in gov.companies after few years of expirience,

you can also work in navratnas like SAIL,NTPC,BHEL etc as management trainee.

besides this there are losts of job.

yes you can get into any government job easily after doing mba from marketing,because every company has a section called 'commercial' which contains people from marketing background only.

you can try for Indian administrative services,as you are an mba you will be given preference over some other students

You can easily join public sector banks such as BOI, UBI,SBI etc or Insurance companies like National insurance, United India Insurance, New India Insurance or Oriental India Insurance. The intake procedure can be checked on companies respective sites.

Yes, I can join the government company such as ntpc,shell. I am already in PSU company like coal india limited and posted at orissa.

those all jobs are before Nov-2010 so not applicable for now so wastage of time
