Profile:

Subordinate Services Commission was re-designated as Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on 26th September, 1977. Making recruitment to Group C and Group B posts in departments of Government of India is the main responsibility of SSC. Nine regional/sub-regional offices located at different states of India consitutes the network of Staff Selection Commission. A Chairmen assisted by two members and a secretary or controller of Examination, heads the commission.

Candidates can apply for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Assistant Manager cum Storekeeper and Canteen Clerk in Staff Selection Commission.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be more than the prescribed maximum age limit set for the posts.

Canteen Clerk: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1900
