The University of Kerala offers the Post Graduate based course in Diploma in Travel & Tourism. There are about sixteen papers and the names of few of them are:

•    Part – I: Core Courses Paper – I: TOURISM AND TRAVEL GEOGRAPHY
•    Part – I: Core Courses Paper – I: TOURISM PRODUCT
•    Part I – Core Courses Paper – III: TOURISM MARKETING
•    Part I – Core Courses Paper – III: TOURISM MARKETING
•    Part I – Core Courses Part – I: Core Courses Paper – IV: TRAVEL AGENCY AND TOUR OPERATORS BUSINESS
•    Part I – Core Courses Part – II – Optional Paper – V: MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

Each of the sixteen papers carries a total of one hundred marks and has three hours duration. The paper has three parts, namely Part A, Part B and Part C. Part A has a maximum of three main questions, each divided into five sub-questions. The total marks for the first, second and third main questions are ten, fifteen and five respectively.

There is one main question in Part B, and is divided into five sub-questions, each carrying a total of six marks, thus a total of thirty. The Last Part has one main question, divided into four sub-questions and candidates have to attempt any two. Each carries twenty marks.
