Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society led the foundation of this institute in the year 1999 and this engineering college is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. This socieity is constituted by well known business people, industrialists, educationalist, and philanthropists. The programs offered here have been accredited by the AICTE.

Within a short span of time, this college has reached the standard of professional excellence through its trained faculties and infrastructure. Department of Training and Placement:

The cell organizes major functions like identifying and updating the right job opportunities for the students, imparting practical training to them for developing their personality as a whole. It invites various organizations and industries for conducting campus recruitment for the merit students.

In addition to the above, the college also arranges for industry visits for each student as a routine in each semester. Thus the students are exposed to the environment of the industry to learn more. Reputed industrialists visit the campus for participating in the training programs organized by the training cell. Seminars, group discussions and workshops are conducted regularly for the students to improve their skills of communication.

Admission Procedure:

The eligibility for admission to various degree courses in engineering and the admission criteria is decided by the norms of Common Entrance Test (CET) organized by Guru Gobind Singh IndraPrastha University. The admission is given based on the merit marks obtained in the Entrance test and in higher secondary examination.
